I was browsing some quotes about writing and found this one, it kind of sums up how I write.
To write a good love letter, you ought to begin without knowing what you mean to say, and to finish without knowing what you have written. Jean-Jacques Rousseau
I go back to read what I have written and am amazed at what it says, I don't even remember having written it that way. Sometimes I think as I am reading I will need to put in a sentence explaining this part, only to find it is already there one sentence later.
Your comment on the quote sounds like something someone else will be quoting.
