What Did We Do

As 2021 rolled over into 2022 I had an idea to post the names of the books members had published in the past year. It took a while to get the list together. Then, as life will sometimes do, a crises caused the plan to fall by the wayside and here it is June, the year is half gone, and it hasn't happened. New plan: Why not just list all the works by the members? I could feature a different member each week. Sounds like a plan. Now I just have to find all those lists that they gave me. This week I will feature: Raine Fielder Bio: (from "Pain and Other Secrets) Raine Fielder was raised in a small town, started writing poetry at the age of eleven after hearing someone play guitar in person for the first time during "show and tell". The sound of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" on electrid guitar, without words. That's what her first poem was about. She continued to find touching messages in the Bible and talking with Jesus, which caused her to write more and more. Writing has not been a hobby or a career decision for her, it's in her veins. it's a part of her. Whether or not this gift brings success or money, it is a part of the world now, that's all that artists want. to leave a piece of themselves to this world.
